I think I might have known Jeffrey. The name sounds familiar from my Bnei Akiva days and the age is right. Did he have an older brother named Howie or David? What a tragedy that he killed himself and then his body lay there for five weeks. If you see a car in the same place day after day with tickets piled on the windshield, look inside and/or call the cops.
